Does Timeless Luxuries guarantee authenticity?

Yes, absolutely!  We guarantee every item on our site to be 100% authentic or your money back in full.

Here at Timeless Luxuries, we value your trust and are proud to sell only authentic merchandise.  Every item goes through careful inspection and authenticity verification process by expert authenticators.  All aspects including overall workmanship, authenticity markings, stamping, quality of material, stitching, hardware, logo, serial number/ date code where applicable are inspected to ensure consistency with the particular designer's standards of quality and in accordance with year of production.  We will never offer an item for sale if there was even the slightest doubt in regards to its legitimacy.

Are the photos of actual item for sale?

Yes, always.  We take detailed photos of every item individually and never recycle photos.  You can be rest assured that every photo in a listing belongs to the actual item (except for celebrity modeling photos that are sometimes included for visual aids purpose) and shows the item's true condition.

What payment methods do you take?

Where do you ship from and via what method?

We ship from our location in Melbourne, Australia.  All items listed are physically in stock here with us.

Orders within Australia ships via either AusPost Express or DHL Express.  International orders ship via DHL Express.  Please visit this page to learn more about shipping.

Do you offer layby/ layaway?

Yes!  4, 6, or 8 weeks (depending on item) with 25% non-refundable, non-transferable minimum deposit.  Item exclusions may apply.  Please email us for layaway enquiries.
