OVERVIEW OF CONSIGNMENT GUIDELINES
Timeless Luxuries offers professional consignment service for your authentic designer items. We aim to sell your items within reasonable time frame while obtaining best possible value considering all determining factors. With our reputation and 19+ years of experience, you can be confident that your items are in good hands. We will do all the work related to reselling of your item, including detailed quality photographs, listing description, handling buyer queries, packaging and shipping once merchandise is sold, also professional cleaning of the items. We cover the risks and hassles of reselling for you. This includes potential fraud risks, buyer claims, loss and damage while in our possession.
Merchandise for consideration
New or Pre-owned - in very good to pristine condition only:
** AUTHENTIC designer handbags & accessories from the following brands: Chanel, Hermes, Louis Vuitton, Dior. For other designers not listed here, please enquire.
** AUTHENTIC designer fine jewellery from the following brands: Van Cleef & Arpels, Cartier, Chanel, Hermes. Original paperwork is required.
** AUTHENTIC Chanel ready-to-wear (non-vintage). For other designers, please enquire.
** Please note that we are unable to accept CHANEL handbags without hologram/ serial number. We are also unable to accept items which have been repaired, had parts replaced, or re-dyed outside of relevant factory authorized repairer.
** Ready-to-wear items must have their designer label and care labels attached, and must not have visible exterior stains.
** Apologies we are not currently accepting sunglasses. Shoes may be considered if brand new in box and client consigned other items as well.
Consignment Payout Rates
Timeless Luxuries offers excellent payout rates:
90% for Hermes Birkin/ Kelly/ Constance
85% for other bags, small leather goods & fine jewellery
80% for ready-to-wear & other accessories
* For high value/ sought after bags, we may be able to work based on an agreed nett amount, please reach out to discuss
* Our minimum fee is AU$250 per item in all categories
* Payout rate is based on nett sold price which excludes PayPal fees and shipping

Please contact us via email shop@mytimelessluxuries.com or WhatsApp (WA.ME) to request our full consignment guidelines. Review the guidelines, emails us details of you item(s), ask any questions you may have, send your item(s) to us, and get paid after item has sold. That's it!
