Please note that once your order has been processed for shipping we are unable to cancel it. Cancellation is possible only if the order has not yet been processed.
Paypal orders incur a transaction fee and this fee (~3.7%) will be deducted from your order total in the event of a refund (no exceptions).
This is due to a recent paypal policy change (from October 2019) for all refunds, paypal will no longer credit back the transaction fees that have incurred.
Please kindly note we do not profit from this policy, and will only deduct the exact fee amount that was charged by paypal for the transaction.
